Where can I buy (in Tokyo!) a GSM / 3G phone that works everywhere but has Japanese language support pre-installed. I am favoring Nokia N85 and N87 as Nokia claims they support Europe/Japan 3G frequency as well as US 3G frequency (in addition to quad band GSM, etc.)
Specs for N85 (and N87) show support for:
WCDMA/HSDPA 900/1900/2100 & EGSM 850/900/1800/1900
