Do they really freeze up most of the time?Since I might buy a KRZR but i dont know if i should now.What’s the pros and cons of the phone?

My mom has a Razr, and takes great care of it.
Some times it just locks up right at the menu screen, and you have to take the battery out and then put it back in to get it to work.
Thats the only problem she’s had with it so far.
KRZR are wayyyyy fragile. Just be careful!
They do. I had a RZR and HATED it. So bad that I was stomping on it the last day I had it. DO NOT get the KRZR. Bad bad bad.
In my opinion, ALL motorola phones freeze….Ive had the krzr, razr2, the q and the q9 (which im currently carrying) and they all have given me a problem….they are great stylish phones i must admit but they are also sluggish and slow…which eventually leads to freezing….
