    does this kick put stress on the strinking leg’s knee? i do the kick in good form but it feels sore even when i throw it in good form.

    They should put a small camera that won’t hit his foot on the head so you could see the person’s point of view who’s being kicked.

    @BlackGhost574 i was able to do the 360 hook kick before i learned this lol n the 360 hook kick is also easier for me to do as well

    @narokuhitsugaya123 lol, this kick was thought to me when i was yellow belt XD i just turned blue and i can now do 360 hook kick :D i do ITF… WTF isnt really popular in my country so i dont know how they teach….

    @therealTOTOfan nope, if you mastered it you can do it anytime… i didnt even stretch on my last tournament and still able to win silver lol!

    @durianriders my taekwondo mate can do that really in slow motion and perfect he does it always when we sparring he even stop the teqnique right before my head and kicks me then with no power so….

    thanks for this tutorial man it rly helped. I do WTF Taekwondo which is formal taekwondo. Im just a blue belt but the other day during competition team practice my 2 masters, one being a 4th degree n the other being a 5th degree tried teaching it to me n it was a success. im just a blue belt but theyre already teaching me this becuz they believe i have great potential n becuz wenevr we go to championships i always bring back trophies to the dojang lol but good tutorial

    @heavygamer24 to be complete in your training you need to learn both ways, also when your changing stances try throwing a punch with the arm that will become your front arm because that is a very good combo the punch puts them at a good distance for finshing with the kick
