This is a detailed Taekwondo Kickboxing tutorial for the basic “Front Kick”, effective in Kickboxing, MMA & Olympic style competition. (Please excuse the rain & thunder noise in the background. It started storming after I began filming.)
i understand that there’s more power and effectiveness in the chamber to, but the flaw is getting your leg caught. but the problem with chambering from, as you said, is that there’s a lack of power and effectiveness.
though the chamber from is alot more effective in Olympic style TKD, where speed and point scoring is more effective than power and trying to cause injuries.
@kingz956 Always practice your worst side twice as much. Also, practice fighting with both the right leg back and left leg back. This will improve your ambidexterity.
im in kick-boxing but i kick harder with my right foot this is wit every kick i throw not just the front kick how can i make both sides even out or my left foot stronger?
thanks for your videos very detailed. thank you
