    Hi Friend, I write you from Argentina. I need to ask you something related to 3#… is that progressive? I mean, I’ve started to perform that exercise the last two or three month, and I never did it before.

    I can see some changes but it hurts xD I’d like you to tell me about your personal experience with that exercise and give me some clues about how to improve it, how many times a week I have to do so, and another useful information =)

    Thank? you very much!

    (Gee! I’m the first one posting!)

    hey :-)
    I think the butterfly (3#) is a very important exercice for doing the splits or high kicks. Particularly for the sidekick or the round house.
    But be careful with that exercice! Bring your body more upwards when it hurts too much.
    When i started to stretch with that technique my knees didn´t touch the ground but after (i think 4-5 months) i was able to touch it and now you can even stand on my legs when i do this exercice and of course? i had little pain too.

    @logosunim
    continue^^
    i usually stretch myself 3 times a week before i start with my training
    sometimes i stretch myself more often when i practise tricking or parkour but i think i´m well stretched and i continually progress (it´s a mystery to me^^)

    i don´t know how well you´re stretched
    if you want to? progress quickly stretch yourself every second day because i think it´s better for your body if you have some time to rest between your trainings and also massage your legs after the stretch

    @logosunim that´s my opinion ;-)

    i hope everything is clear and i could help? you
    ask me again if you have any questions !

    Keep it up!

    @logosunim you´re? welcome :-)

    … That’s the reason why I’m looking for good advices.

    Thank you? again!

    thank you dude for answering me, your words were quite useful.
    Just a few last questions by now… Do you remember how far were your knees from ground when you started with butterfly? Then, did you sometimes feel pain on your knees doing that? And a last, how much times and how long I need to do that to see results?
    I must confess, when I started up with butterfly y was so far from ground, but? now I improve it a bit, but I’m afraid of can’t keepin’ up… I use to feel frustrated so,

    Hey nice video! One question though, is it possible to achieve “cold stretches” with these excersises? That is, when you achieve your desired flexibility, do you need to? warm up each time before you can stretch (kick) your achieved maximum height?

    Thanks

  • Scythehalotrial says:

    @9Mark0608
    Thanks? for your reply. How long did you had to train to achieve your current flexibility?

    Cheers!

  • 9Mark0608 says:

    @Scythehalotrial
    hey :-)

    Thank you!

    Yes it´s possible to achieve it. I use the same exercises for my training but I don´t need? to warm up when i want to kick and reach my maximum (without any pain ;-) ).

  • 9Mark0608 says:

    @Scythehalotrial you´re welcome :-)
    Hm…. I think a little bit more than a year.? ^^

  • Scythehalotrial says:

    @9Mark0608 Thanks again for your? replay. One more question though :P Do you advise to do these excersises everyday or with an interval to let muscles relax/recover?

    Cheers!

  • 9Mark0608 says:

    @Scythehalotrial No problem. ;-)
    Usually I stretch myself 3 times a week and that´s before my training starts or when i want to train “extreme? kicks” at home or do parkour.
    I think every second day is enough and a very good average.

  • maylightbewithyou says:

    thanks!?

  • 9Mark0608 says:

    @Scythehalotrial? have fun ;-)

  • Scythehalotrial says:

    @9Mark0608?
    Thanks, I’m gonna start stretching then :D

    Cheers!

    wow, but you might wanna have kids these days… ;) Do you also perform some high kicks?? Perhaps I am currently too bulky and massive to impress with agility and elasticity, but I will be doing these excercises again, can’t be too bad.

  • 9Mark0608 says:

    @Soleilfreak haha yes of course
    I hear this sentece very often!!! :D
    yes,? I also perform high kicks. There is also a kick-video on my channel.
    It´s always good to get a little bit more flexible
    Have fun ;)
