very very good kip up my man i know how to do the one with hands and my friend colt949 also does but when we tried it we landed on or ass’s lol! do you have any tips for me and my friend? plz respond.
Safty tip: Make sure you have some space! Did my first no-handed kip up a few days ago, overdid it and smashed my head into my bedroom door. I felt kinda stupid…
I can’t kick hard enough when I’m on my back…I have pretty good abs, don’t weigh very much, and I’m a runner…I can’t kick up when I’m on my back soon enough either….Plz help.

as far as i’ve understood this, your momentum is just the rolling. If you roll back and (remember crouching as far as you can) kick when you feel you’re starting to roll forth again, you should be there. My vid of this is on my profile. Though i do use my hands.
thanks now i can do no handed 1s u need ok abs but its really about how u kick ur legs, thats wat givs u the momentum 2 floow through and land on ur feet

ive been trying it with hands for like a month. cant do it any ideas why. im not an uncoordinated person i can do a backflip so thats not why
