Learn how to do a Kip Up Tutorial by Strength Project- aka kick up

A simple move. Some also call it kick ups The trick really is practice and being consistent. After you get his move, you can go for the rubberband kipups, the back to backs, or whatever else name they may have.

nice tutorial, i like you break down the movements in all your tutorials, so that you can work towards the actual move instead of just trying to jump into it. the rubberband looks scary tho, every time i go to do it i feel as tho i’m gonna break my wrists

look at you man, in the bahamas super background, beach blue skies and water.

i learned something like this. difference is that i’m laying staticly on the floor and i’m not falling backwards before executing the move. is that a kip up to or is that a completely different move?
do you have any tips for that move, cause i notice that it puts a lot of stress on my knees.

    keep ik up ;)
