Learn How to do a Handstand Balance Tutorial – Wall Practice Beginner Hand Stands Guide

This tutorial is for beginners that have little to no experience with handstands. In this tutorial of an ongoing series of handstand tutorials, we cover getting into a handstand against the wall and learning how to fall correctly. Just a little friendly advice because I know you wanna improve. I took a speech class a while back and one important thing I learned from it was not to say um….uhh…, any of those pause type thinking words. That way it sounds more like you know what you’re talking about. But yo, you’re keeping the tutorial bar up high man. Respect.

    Wow, I would definitely not recommend forward rolls right away for forward falls. You can just twist and come down on your feet. It’s a lot easier.

    A form of isometric exercise then. I can practice by doing one handstand against the wall and stay there for a long time, correct? I’m into a lot of iso methods lately. Big change in my work outs.
