This tutorial is for beginners that have little to no experience with handstands. In this tutorial of an ongoing series of handstand tutorials, we cover getting into a handstand against the wall and learning how to fall correctly. Remember warming up is VERY important, especially the wrist. Make sure to subscribe to see the updates on the handstand videos!
good tutorial.
@prosperabovehaters lol yeah it didnt take much working out
@germanxmarine11
lol whats wrong with you?
i say only it is not easy and you cant learn it in week or two. idiot
Awesome video Arash. I’ll be sure to link beginners to this. You’re getting all professional now. You got a good team working with you. Just a little friendly advice because I know you wanna improve. I took a speech class a while back and one important thing I learned from it was not to say um….uhh…, any of those pause type thinking words. That way it sounds more like you know what you’re talking about. But yo, you’re keeping the tutorial bar up high man. Respect.
you should be a ufc fighter
wow cool mats lol
@xtcbeyond yea i think ur right.
@ciuciu555 oh shut up
@prosperabovehaters cos you r gay and horny ?
@ciuciu555 this is a vid for how to learn a handstand, so if your coming here to show off about how ‘perfect’ your handstand is then your not gonna make alot of friends.
I wanna see that strengthened core dude–its awesome!
Wow, I would definitely not recommend forward rolls right away for forward falls. You can just twist and come down on your feet. It’s a lot easier.
thxD
A form of isometric exercise then. I can practice by doing one handstand against the wall and stay there for a long time, correct? I’m into a lot of iso methods lately. Big change in my work outs.
@ciuciu555
no one want to know that
i have 15 years old , and i learn hand standing 3 years. I can handstand perfectly.
