kwonkicker how do you bring ur leg so high on your back kick

  • sheepingly15 says:

@kwonkicker that’s what i meant. It depends on teh style of kick (the discipline the kick came from)

I use those same areas too shin and the instep but like u said it depends on the kick and etc.

  • mikee555 says:

, kwonkicker ily bro, got like 10 vids of yours on my itouch i bring 2 the gym everyday and now your showing muay thai aswel as in the beggining

  • kwonkicker says:

@sheepingly15 It’s not always the shin. It’s either the lower shin, or the upper instep. Which I use depends on the type of kick I’m using, the range of my opponent, and the part of my opponent’s body I am aiming for.

  • 1bdog23 says:

Do you fill the base of your bag with sand or water?

  • kwonkicker says:

@Kumashin100 Multiple reasons. 1, Exhaling forces me to inhale after a strike, keeping my breathing regulated. 2, A strong, controlled exhale forces me to tighten my core, keeping me better protected from an offensive counterattack when I throw a strike. 3, It is also said to add power to your strikes. Many Boxers, Kickboxers, Thai Boxers, Karateka’s, and other full-contact martial artists perform similar breathing techniques during a strike.

  • Kumashin100 says:

well then ^^… Shhhhhhhhhh!! Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Shhhhh! .. Still there is somethin’ I don’t get ..why are u making that sound ? ^^
