@ImKoreanForU yea, usually this is a momentum issue. what you’re doing is kicking your legs too high off the ground when you have very little momentum. what goes up goes down. your kicking legs needs to be almost parallel with the ground to start with. hope that helped
@REVlEWER your non-dominant legs needs to sweep under while you whip your torso from your dominant shoulder to your non-dominant shoulder. did that help?
@newbboyer there are many ways to start flares. if you want to start them like in my coindrop tutorial, you would use your dominant hand to make the initial plant. some flares are done with the non-dominant hand and the flare starts in the up position rather than the back position. did that clear things up? check out this air-flare video. the way he starts is the second style i explained above: watch?v=Bl0naGpuhgQ
i have a problem… im not able to land on my shoulders… after i 1st kick my legs, i land on my hips.. then roll on the shoulders.. is it correct? if not, what should i do?
hey i have been very confused lately for flares you start by putting ur right hand on the floor first, but for standing mills you start by putting ur left hand first? (i am right-handed)

@ponorac92 you do them all at the same time really. i suggest you pivot the 90 degrees first. lift your lefts and twist your body, and kick as you are fallng.
@JasonGatoFlame when you roll to your shoulder, first make sure you have done the first 90 turn all the way, and then drop down. its easier if you put your cheek on your shoulder, and then try to slowly ROLL onto the back of your shoulder.

Can you explain the part where you are on your back and you kick your legs across?
For what you do, you kick your right leg over leg and left under right?
can you cricket or airswipe tutorials?

Umm when i try to windmill.. when i kick my feet hit the floor and it sorta stops me and my hips hurt and im lost.. :s any suggestions?

When you drop… Do you first start dropping and then kick or first you kick and then start dropping?
