    really thanx arash for this video , and i hope u make video show us what’s the important skils that must person have to do this moves, what i mean i must can load my body on my hand like handstan to can do this move , and flips too how i can do flip without have any back flixble right?! understand me . whats qualifications to can do all that :D and thanx alot.

    I learned back handspring first. It helped me get over the fear of getting my head close to the floor. It can also be switched and learn this before the back handspring.
