@ZirgzaR456 some tips to front flip… just find a safe place for landing.. (or a gym) and try to make a forward roll… not a para roll ! , just a simple roll forward .. then try to crouch, and do a roll with a bit push up.. this will you get the feeling.. then try with run, remember to push up yourself when jumping grab your knees in the air for rotate. if you fail at first time keep practicing.. i failed for fist time too :D this is a front flip, but i can not give you tips for bflip :S

shaolin kung fu does not do too many tricks. I wouldnt think you could outtrick him… epic is one of the best out there. Even though I wouldnt dismiss the possiblity that you can beat him in a fight, you do not even know what his fighting skills are, so you can’t suggest that you can beat him.

  • churchhillchillin says:

he is good but his aerials r sloppy no doubt he can do better but i think i can out trick him ….and even beat him in a sparring match or even fight …i do shaolin kung fu

  • xxDeadMemoriesx says:

    LIFT AND PUSH!!!!

  • keithtuber says:

go over it by your self. quit asking stupid questions. Obviously your doing SOMETHING wrong.

  • KallanAlexander says:

please help Epiv, i can’t seem to land on my feet only my back.

  • REM658 says:

epic, plz help me how to get height in aerial, hand movemnt or the kicking leg or sometin’

  • Epic1 says:

well… you know your problem. ^_^ to fix it, all u gotta do is keep ur legs straight… aHHhaH

Dont think of pointing ur toes, think of swinging ur legs over with a lotta momentum, that should help. The quicker ur swing is, the less height you need when doing that LIFT N PUSH.

  • Epic1 says:

A BUTTERFLY KICK IS PARALLEL TO THE GROUND!!!! But yes… this is an XMA kick, not the gymnastic arial, but this is the best and quickest way to learn.

  • epicparkour0003 says:

i just cant keep my leg streight

  • joonasluik says:

A high butterfly kick is still a bkick (chest up). Side to side looking aerial is a different move using different technique than a bkick. Watch a wushu athlete performing bkick and you see the difference.

  • joonasluik says:

By doing it. The more you practice the easier it will be.

  • gohkko says:

    thanks
