    Yes panstriato2, using the visualisation is the correct way. The key is to use a symbol with the correct meaning to evoke a spontaneous physiological response that corresponds to that meaning.     I have been told to imagine that I am being pulled by the tip of the head, doing this the chin does go inward a bit but I think I am not generating tension.
    Please let me know what you think of this visualization.
