hAHAhA OMG WORST PLACE TO PRACTICE IT, I can do it on the trampoline but its hard than on ground, ont he trampoline work on getting up off that one foot and just backflip, get the heigh part down, then when u go for it ont he ground, speed it up and add the twist.
I am trying do it on the trampoline but its too hard.Wats harder on trampoline or on the ground?

I can 720 off the floor, but i cant do too many flips atm. I can only do frontflips and i think there called Front Hand Springs.. (the thing where you kind of hand stand then flip onto your feet off your hands.)
