    If wearing shoes, I think by pointing the toes would do more serious demage to the target than ball of the foot.

    Ous! Sifu Chow, the front kick is one of my favorite kicks. Your verbal demonstration of the front kick is right on point, as all your videos are. I especially like that you mention the defensive front kick, and how you couldn’t resist that combination at the end. The two compliment each other well. Ous!

    Another well taught and explained video Master Chau! The two versions of front kicks and how to apply them very true. For offense the thrusting front kick must be used with as much power, if one has any hopes of causing damage to the opponent! No flicky/flashy kicks. Straight and to the target with power!
