    it’s not illegal to sell some text just because you wrote it in MS Word, is it?

    you should have mentioned that it is a commercial product. just because somebody has a blog, doesn’t make them likely to pay >100$ for an ability to customize its theme.

    “Can I resell or redistribute exported [...] templates?
    Yes, as long as you do not include Artisteer photo objects within your header [...], as those photos are licensed from a 3rd party”

    i don’t think anything like this is a kick in the face to designers. This is a cool tool and it will serve similarly to any templating option. As customizable as it is – it is still simply a template and not a targeted design – that can still only be achieved with an experienced designer working with their client.
