    i never eat carbohydrates .
    i eat vegetables, fruit , fish , milk , water and meat only .

    I am a vegan and I exercise like this:20-40 min per day I walk and I do your workouts for arms and love handles + some other exercises.I spend more than 6 hours a day in school so…I am trying to lose 15 kg (30 pounds I guess) and I am planning to get even more exercise when my knee heals which would be in a week or so.What do you think…how fast will I lose those 30 pounds?
    P.S.I am 5’9” and currenty weight 163 ibs

    I am 5 foot 9 155 pounds if i follow this diet and go to the gym every day and burn 1000 callories a day at the gym how much pounds will i lose in a month

    They have a complete eating/diet plan. And it really works amazing. I’ve tried it on my friends suggestion and I loss Kgs of weight. I highly recommend it to you. The diet plan consist of everything divided day wise and well-planned.

    ok??? well… has anybody studied the Acuspeed 24 Diet (google it)? I keep hearing some extraordinary chatter about it and my grandpa shed tons of weight using it.

    my dad got his blood tested and these people gave him a diet for his blood type and he sheded a pound a day through the hole time he was on it maybe u guys should try something like that instead theyll make a diet especialy for YOU and youll keep the weight off

    i’m 5’4 and i weight 134…i am trying to go down to 125 which would be within the healthy weight range according to my height…

    do you have any recommendation for me on how to achieve my goal? my main concern is the stomach and i currently do advanced Pilates but it gets little boring after a while…what are the workout u recommend?

    Hi Sahara.. I have a question. I’m working out very hard now that I have time I want to have my dream body so today I had done my body composition analyzer and I haven’t lost much fat . I’m eating a lot fruit and vegetables. My trainer told me that maybe I’m eating too much fruit and vegetables. It’s that possible? Can that happen? I’m very confuse!..

    Low carb never works long term or short term for that matter. We have a sweet tooth for carbs for a reason- every cell in the human body runs on glucose/sugar. Do the math!!
    Eat a fruit diet, I get 97% if my calories from fruit and I’ve lost 40lbs in the last few years eating this way! Feel amazing. Check out my channel for my before and afters for the proof

    @rajfirt89 haha! I absolutely agree with you! me and my partner tried that diet solution that a friend of us recommend. He was all excited to lose weight but we doubt it the first time, we never we never believed in all these internet programs. And turns out it was the best diet program we ever tried, and we lost a TON of weight in a few weeks. Glad it really worked for you, too!
