Judge Strickland And The “Blogger” 4/19/10 – 1

4/19/10 Dave posted at 12:08 PM – Im sitting back, alright. Im going to be sitting in my car as I drive to the State Attorneys Offiice. Dave wrote on April 19, 2010 at 1:47 pm – I am also going to go buy a gun for my protection. ******** Dave, don’t post your heading to the State Attorney’s office as it is just alerting others to what you are doing. It might be a good idea to stop blogging about what recently happened and just let it ride until this is over with. Soon someone else will be the target in the Anthony case. Just my personal opinion. ……

Am I really that lost?? Who is Dave??

Just a thought…Maybe the judge was looking for a way out? Maybe Judge Strickland, who seems like a good guy, does believe she is guilty like most everyone else. Maybe he doesn’t like how this case is being played out? And maybe he wanted to find a reason to step down without having to admit it? If he actually says “I think Casey is guilty” it would cause big time problems. So the only way to get off the case was a motion filed against him and he planned it that way? Just a thought.

These kind of conversations are ridiculous!! “Comentators” on TV discussing their opinions on the case and getting paid for it! Come on! Does anyone actually believe a Judge or juror should be banned from having their own personal opinion!? That is totally absurd to think that! If anyone is to blame it’s the media for spreading this case all over the airwaves, news papers and mags.!
You can’t turn on the TV without hearing about this case from Nancy Grace to Good Morning America! It’s ridiculous!

  • sunberst1 says:

The ironic thing is, the new Judge will read the blog if only out of curiousity! lol He won’t admit it, but every judge in that area is probably following this case. Everyone knows also that Casey is guilty! If a judge and jury follows the law and what they are required to do as a juror or judge. A person’s personal opinion over someone’s guilt or innocence won’t matter. I know Casey is guilty, but if the prosecution doesn’t prove it I would have to follow the guidelines set by law not my gut.

He didn’t know his notary was expired, what an idiot..he will not fool anyone? I wouldn’t believe anything out of his mouth..

  • Hhaze says:

I wonder, is the defense ever going to get around to taking depositions and freaking DEFENDING THEIR CLIENT or are they going to read a bunch of blogs and stall, stall, stall forever? I really hate them all. I hope they rot in hell for what they’re doing to little Caylee.

  • Hhaze says:

Why does the media sound like they’re taking the defense seriously? All it is a dirty stall tactic, I agree with MD there. Cheney Mason, well respected? Among jackasses perhaps. So far he’s proving himself as dumb as Baez.

  • SavingRubyRed says:

@Sierra1947 At this point if he wants to “protect himself” he would be a lot better off buying a muzzle….and I have no doubt that defense is monitoring his blog as well as the others you mentioned. Ughh is right!

  • Sierra1947 says:

@SavingRubyRed IMO, he is an “idiot” for posting he was going to buy a gun for his protection. Hasn’t he learned that the defense maybe monitoring his blog, as well as every single media source in Florida and eventually cable Talk Shows? WTH is wrong with him? uugh!!!

  • SavingRubyRed says:

@Sierra1947 Saw that and was appalled. I hope that was a joke but even so, very poor joke and certainly not the time to be making such a one.

  • Sierra1947 says:

@mycrazynan Perhaps and perhaps not. The only one he intimidated was Dave.

  • Sierra1947 says:

@SavingRubyRed I saw all the posts about Dave asking his blogger to fo after the PI and also to contact Issues. Dave just posted he was going to go out and buy a gun for protection. WTH! !

  • mycrazynan says:

No, I did’nt look anything up, I just watched the videos in the links you gave. I’m so mad about it I just want Dave and his marinade to go away. I will be very disappointed if Judge Strickland steps down. But their motions are always B.S and they have accused everyone of inpropriety, and I think the Judge will be able to prove his integrity.

  • HatRatt says:

@Sierra1947 You are right. Dave should have just kept quiet then….and NOW. Is it that the judge was being impartial by telling Dave that his blogs are “fair”? Can the judge counter all this by telling a blogger who supports Casey’s innocense that they are a “fair” blogger too? Why dosen’t the judge make a list of bloggers who in his opinion are “fair” bloggers on both sides of the issue. Sheesh!!

  • SavingRubyRed says:

@Sierra1947 No my dear it is NOT JYO, I happen to agree wholeheartedly. As one commenter on the blog Dave posted today said “with each post and each comment, it gets worse”. Sorry can’t remember which poster said that.
There is also reference made about Dave posting the PI’s name and phone number and urging readers to call said PI
(and not to wish him a nice day, either : ( He did indeed do that over the weekend and then removed it.

I like Daves blog but this is bad.

  • mycrazynan says:

I think Cheney Mason is going to try and win through intimidation.

  • Sierra1947 says:

@Sierra1947 Also, the same thing happened on Friday when CFNews asked to meet with Dave about his blog and ended up talking about the Judge. Dave’s “red flag” meter seems to be turned off. Dave must stopping talking about this now … best to remain QUIET!!!! Of course, this is my opinion ONLY.

  • Sierra1947 says:

@mycrazynan I didn’t read the initial blog where he wrote about Judge Strickland calling Dave a few months back to check on him after he was in the hospital. Did you read the motion filed by the Defense regarding all this stuff? I posted in on Friday. IMO, DAve is very naive to believe a PI would come to his house to talk about his blog.

  • mycrazynan says:

Is this the 2nd time he has asked the Judge to step down? I remember something.

  • mycrazynan says:

What??? Did he write that on his blog???? Noooo. He annoyed me when he was on the radio show.

  • Sierra1947 says:

@SavingRubyRed The ALL could have been avoided if the “blogger” didn’t post about his personal phone call from the Judge. At times, it’s best to keep certain things private. Of course, that is my opinion. Heck if the Judge called me to tell me how much he loves Misha’s videos, I woul never reveal a word, but might hint a little here and there! : )

  • SavingRubyRed says:

This is not looking good at all…new trial date 2020? I am so sorry this has happened. I do believe the Judge is going to have to recuse himself and this is just going to go on and on.

  • 50in2020 says:

    Thanks for that… =^)
