Foundup Fix: How add a custom domain name 4 #blogger using @Godaddy

The Blogger Godaddy instructions are WRONG and will make a simple task seem Impossible? Is this on purpose? Probably has to do with rare Google incompetence or Godaddy devs making dumb changes. Regardless here is a fix! How to add a Blogger Custom Domain? Or How to get rid off your ugly blogger URL and replace it with a COOL URL using GoDaddy.
