@kdegeest230 I’m referring to Adobe Flash. It allows your to play certain internet games and view certain video content straight from the browser.

  • kdegeest230 says:

This might be a stupid question…but what the heck is flash you were talking about that only the 2.2 had??

@jmusicvidfan The Mesmerize has a 1GHz processor in it, so lagging should not? be a problem at all. The LG Bliss doesn’t compare to this phone at all, they aren’t even in the same league. As popular as Blackberrys are, they are on their way out. The Mesmerize is definitely a powerhouse phone and the best currently on U.S. Cellular. I recommend visiting a store and giving it a spin.

I am very tedious on touch screen cell phones. I’ve had the LG Bliss from US Cellular, and really didn’t care for it. It was mostly due to the non-responsive keyboard also. I’m currently running on a Blackberry Pearl flip, now, would this phone be something worth the purchase?

@rawrstarr3313 They are included as far as I know.

  • rawrstarr3313 says:

do you have to pay extra monthly for navigation and city id Or is it included ?

@iowan7 the market doesnt have all of the app that you can get on the apple app store. still waiting for the original flight control game that i played on my ipod touch. another must have app for the ipod touch, iphone, or android phone and possibly even the windows mobile if they have it, is DOODLEJUMP and is the most addicting game ever! also just 99 cents. another good app for android that is also rlly addicting is ATOMIC BOMBER. and you can get the free or paid version of this too!

  • iowan7 says:

    @mobitureblog thanks

  • mobitureblog says:

@iowan7 Yes, in the last year the Android Market has really grown and their are a bunch of great apps now like Angry Birds and Fruit Ninja

  • iowan7 says:

i saw u had angery birds. can you get apps like you can get for and ipod touch?

  • mobitureblog says:

@Feliciaderamus11 Yes you can upload videos straight from the phone, videos can be greater than 15 seconds, and text is definitely not laggy on the device. I can assure you, the Mesmerize is a major step up from the LG Tritan.

  • Feliciaderamus11 says:

Can you upload videos to youtube straight from the phone? Does the video have to be 15 seconds or under to send to friends? and Is the text sorta laggy when you get on the internet with it? Jw Im looking to get a new phone I have an Lg Tritan

  • mobitureblog says:

@elo752 It is the standard Android mp3 player that is on all of the devices.

  • mobitureblog says:

@jrd1998 No the Mesmerize has a 1GHz processor in it so lagging should not be a problem. While testing the device I had no issues playing games or running multiple applications at the same time.

  • jrd1998 says:

    is there lagging on it

  • elo752 says:

    What about the mp3 player

  • Amanda15xo says:

The BlackBerry has the pause feature when recording a video. You said no other smart phones have that feature, so I’m just letting you know that the BB does. Great review though, very helpful. Thank you! :)

  • kf12pt says:

dude i just messed with the mesmerize and their were 3 keyboards when i went to us cellular and there was the andriod keyboard and then the swype keyboard then a samsung key board

  • IKhaosS says:

@mobitureblog i cant decide which phone i want this one or the HTC Desire. which one do you think is better?

  • mobitureblog says:

@jebandfang Well the WiFi on the phone would simply connect wirelessly to your home network or any public places that offer free WiFi such as coffee shops and cafes.

  • jebandfang says:

As long as you don’t use the tethering feature and already have internet at home, is the wi-fi free? I’m going to buy this phone but since I’ve never owned a phone with wi-fi I am unsure.

I do not see any cursor arrows on any of the keyboards, I text a lot and find the need to go back in the sentences to either add something or to fix errors…etc. I NEED the cursor arrow keys. I hate trying to tap the spot 10 times to get the cursor in the right spot. Is there a downloadable keyboard that has the cursor keys for this phone like the Evo or the HTC

@cvtonytiger No the screen will not work if you have gloves on, unless you have purchased the special gloves that are compatible with touchscreens.

  • cvtonytiger says:
