It must be really rewarding for Rivi to experience the love of all these little lives. She has a job that makes a difference in the world.
My daughter had twins (boy and girl) born nine weeks early, so they spent five weeks in the NICU at the hospital with her and her husband and sometimes my wife going up there three times a day to spend time with them. After they got home and before she went back to work, they almost NEVER slept at the same time. We were over at her house one day, and she started crying and asking “When am I ever gonna feel like a real person again?” But .. they all survived and the twins are almost five now.

Oh my gosh, being a Mother of two, hearing that baby “talk/cry” pulls at my heartstrings. Sam, you will find yourself when Cooper gets older turning around when you hear a baby cry and then when you are out and you hear “Daddy” you turn around. Good stuff my man.
