The real difference is the 4G performance. I have unlimited 4G tethering.
i think i would go with samsung galaxy. two of my friend had the htc evo and the htc hd2. they drop both of them one time and the screen cracked badly.the only thing good about the htc evo and htc hd2 is the big screen. but if you have the phone in your hand it looks like your holding a calculator.
what’s with the shitty contrast ratio on the EVO. it makes the blacks look grey.
@Kyodaikuma you must be an htc fan boy. come on man you know htc got nothing on that amoled screen.
@nightubble You can change themes and makes i less sensitivte, men its not that bad. I hate screens thats very sensitive, you should go to a store and check it out. Your own experience is very good to have too

hey, the video says that the galaxyS is really sensitive when scroling.. can the sensitivity be adjusted ?
You did not check the single biggest difference between the two: 3D apps. The Galaxy S series has a PowerVR graphics engine giving 4 times the 3D performance.

SUPER AMOLED on Galaxy S really rocks. You can see much differences between SUPER AMOLED and decade old TFT-LCD.Samsung,please make SUPER AMOLED WITH HIGHER RESOLUTION TO BLOW AWAY APPLE’S RETINA DISPLAY.BY THE WAY,LCD SCREEN ON EVO IS MADE BY SAMSUNG AS WELL.
Samsung EPIC is the best choice,simply because it is unrivaled in hardware features+Google’s Android OS. Forget evo,iphone4. EPIC EPIC!

@360cheaters i ment h.264 but either way thats not DIV-X (i can tell some people havnt had an ipod touch/iphone all that long) oh and for the die hard iphone bumbandits raving on about the iphone 4 screen samsung has already developed a 4.3 inch display with a 1280×720 resolution lol iphone 4 doesnt have the highest screen res anymore, look for samsung galaxy S2.
lol good one when it only supports mp4 H.256 thats not DIV-X HD is it.
unless youve got an unnoficial video app downloaded from cydia to allow DIV-X playback, lol whatever any apple fanboy says once andriod 3.0 rolls out its gonna kill anything the iphones got plus in less than a months time 2.2 is rolled out on the galaxy S giving upto 7 times the performance of the current firmware, that considdering its already better than the iphone 4 apple really dont stand a chance.

A few things
1. WOO!!! RWJ!!! =3 FTW!
2. The Super AMOLED display on the EPIC is AWESOME! It’s muc brighter, sharper, more colorful and vibrant than the EVO.
3. They seem the same in speed
4. (IMO) The EVO is sleeker, plus the kickstand is a plus so…but overall, I’ll have to go with the Epic 4g.
