@kbeansmom Hi! Obviously breast milk is the best choice, but as I stated in the videos on feeding, my wife’s milk “ran out” after a? couple weeks. It was very hard on her emotionally, but we had to switch to powdered formula, our baby didn’t do well on it. We searched for natural alternatives and found “barley formula” from our pediatrician who comes from Yucatan, Mexico where barley is used a lot because of it’s protein values. Key is to find what works best for your child. Best, Dare
