Hi there,
The Apps market that your Galaxy uses is from Google, and will be different than the iPhone’s app market, although many app makers are now making the same app for both markets.

It has the Android Market and that runs different applications although a lot of big companies develop for both platforms.
I was having a similar question a few days before. when trying to find the solution I found a way to obtain the new iphone 4g from theiphone4focus.tk!! the phone is scheduled for delivery in 2 days and I’m loving it!!
